The Board Executive Committee is a committee of the Governing Board responsible for oversight of the general conduct and operations of the IILM. The Board Executive Committee (BEC) is responsible for the general conduct of the operations of the IILM.
The members of the BEC are appointed by the Governing Board for a period of three years and they may be reappointed for other periods. The members of the BEC shall continue in office until their successors are appointed.

تُشرف لجنة إدارة المخاطر التابعة لمجلس الإدارة على إدارة المخاطر التي قد تُؤدي إلى خسائر مالية، أو تعطل العمليات، أو عدم تحقيق الأهداف، أو الإضرار بسمعة الهيئة. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تُشرف اللجنة على أنشطة الإدارة في إدارة مخاطر الائتمان، والسوق، والسيولة، والمخاطر التشغيلية، ومخاطر السمعة، وغيرها، مع ضمان تطبيق إجراءات إدارة المخاطر المناسبة وفعاليتها.
يتم تعيين أعضاء لجنة إدارة المخاطر التابعة لمجلس الإدارة، من قبل مجلس الإدارة أو من يُمثله لمدة ثلاث سنوات، ويمكن إعادة تعيينهم لفترات أخرى.

لجنة التدقيق التابعة لمجلس الإدارة مسؤولة عن مساعدة مجلس الإدارة في الإشراف على التقارير المالية للهيئة. وتلعب اللجنة دورًا في الإشراف على فعالية أنظمة الرقابة الداخلية، وأداء وظيفة التدقيق الداخلي، وامتثال الهيئة للمتطلبات القانونية والتنظيمية.
يُعيّن مجلس الإدارة أو من ينوب عنه أعضاء لجنة التدقيق لمدة ثلاث سنوات، ويمكن إعادة تعيينهم لفترات أخرى.

تتمتع الهيئة الشرعية بسلطة اتخاذ القرار في أي مسائل شرعية تتعلق بأعمال أو عمليات أو أنشطة الهيئة أو أي من شركاتها التابعة أو شركات ذات الأغراض الخاصة أو صناديقها الاستئمانية.
تقدم الهيئة الشرعية المشورة لمجلس الإدارة، واللجنة التنفيذية للمجلس، والرئيس التنفيذي، وموظفي الهيئة بشأن المسائل المتعلقة بالجوانب الشرعية.
ييُرشّح مجلس الإدارة أعضاء الهيئة الشرعية لمدة لا تقل عن ثلاث سنوات، ويمكن إعادة تعيينهم لفترات أخرى.
