Please visit our website (https://www.iilm.com) under the Careers tab to check for vacant position announcements. Submissions for vacant or prospective positions should be emailed to careers@iilm.com. All job offers on our website are still open. Once a position is filled, it will no longer be displayed.
You will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk and spam folders.
Certainly, you can send us your CV and a cover letter setting out information on the role you are interested in. Your details will be added to our database and we will contact you regarding suitable future vacancies.
Applications are reviewed by HR and Hiring Manager regularly, usually within a week of submission.
We try to contact each applicant personally with a response; however, this may take some time due to the large number of responses we receive. For certain vacancies, only shortlisted candidates will be notified on next steps.

Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for preliminary interviews and may be invited to the IILM’s headquarters for formal interviews. Upon successful formal interviews, final shortlisted candidates will be required to undergo a psychometric test prior to a final decision being made.
The IILM will assess each interview on a case by case basis as to whether it is conducted face to face or virtually online. The HR officer will fill you in on all the details ahead of any interviews.

Yes, you can. Kindly inform the HR department of the previous position that you have applied for.
Once you have successfully accepted the offer of employment, you are expected to fill up information of your personal details and submit required documentation as stated in your offer letter. If information provided turns out to be false, your successful application may be nullified.
